RESULT: A GREAT WIN

Two teams of Ladies from WDBC entered the Pulborough Ladies Triples on Tuesday 25 June 2024 on what was a very hot and sticky afternoon. A total of 16 teams took part in playing 4 matches of 5 ends. The two teams with the highest number of points were Horsham B – 22 points and Witterings A (Sheila Currell, Allie Mill, Carole Tuffin) – 20 points. Witterings B (Ros Hanbury, Debbie Martin, Chris Bruce) came 10th with 13 points. The final saw Horsham B and Witterings A play 5 ends, with Witterings A winning the shield by 5 shots to 2.

The day was enjoyed by everyone and a very big thank you to Jane, Malcom and their team for organising, feeding and keep us all hydrated.
