The game on rink 1 was fairly close all the way through and Witterings held the lead throughout until the 17th end but managed to win the 18th to retake the lead and the game.

Rink 2 lost heavily on the first end and made inroads to get back and stem the flow against Norfolk but with the opposition’s lead, P. Slade, playing a blinder in the end defeat was inevitable.
