Witterings 109 – Sussex County Vice Presidents 94

Witterings Men played the Sussex County Vice Presidents in their annual friendly match. A really enjoyable afternoon was had by all in hot and

sunny weather conditions. Witterings won on two rinks and the visitors won on three rinks with Witterings winning overall on total shots across the rinks.

Mark White, Gwilym Morgan, Fred Knotts and John Hostler won 23-19

John Hardy, Terry Mulligan, John Langworthy and Lindsay Bangs won 34-7

Brian Curtis, Derek Jeffryes, Eric Shoyer and Jim Slogrove lost 19-27

Frank Bray, Tony Gander, Ray Stephens and Barry Horsley lost 19-21

Paul Chivers, Chris Jelf, Stuart Hooker and Dave Bell lost 14-20
