2026 New Bowlers Competition

5 new bowlers who joined us in 2025 took part in our New Bowlers Competition and despite the persistent rain, all of them continued with true grit and determination. The competition format was in a Round Robin style and after each bowler played 5 matches of 6 ends each, Barry Piggott and Helen Collings came out on top to compete in the Final. After 6 ends they were level at 4 shots each which took the match to a tie break end. Helen was holding 1 and with Barry’s final wood he took shot to win the match. Well done to everyone!
